Minimum/General Experience:

• Five (5) years technical experience in an engineering or geographic information systems field.
• Understands mapping coordinate systems and cartographic techniques
• Must have experience in production procedure and typical contract specifications in relation to product quality

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provides management of the quality control/quality assurance program.
• Verifies that changes in the production protocol do not violate contract specifications.
• Monitors and evaluates quality of the product.
• Provides Mapping support including pre-digital markup, scanning and map digitizing.
• Serves as subject matter expert to ensure mapping information is accurate and complete.
• Maintains expertise in ESRI product software and CAD cross over users.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor of Arts Degree in Engineering Technology or ten (10) years equivalent technical field experience.
