Minimum/General Experience:

• Five(5) years of technical experience in the area of system design and architecture, application development, database process, design and coding principles.
• Demonstrates the ability to integrate numerous high level programming languages into the operations of remote sensing and GIS packages.
• Experience developing applications using HTML, ArcIMS, JAVA, and Perl focusing on geospatial activities requiring complex solutions using next-generation applications.
• Exhibits proficiency in ESRI product languages.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Provides technical expertise in the development of GIS applications for the Internet, spatial analysis and modeling.
• Coordinates with other management level personnel.

Minimum Education:

• Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences, or ten(10) years of equivalent technical experience.
